She stated this at a press conference dedicated to the main results of the activities of the institution of children’s ombudsmen in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, new tasks and opportunities in connection with the adoption of a specialized law.

The State Duma has proposed to cut the salaries of school teachers by half after cases of aggression, psychological or physical violence against students, RIA Novosti reports.

Such a proposal was made by the State Duma deputy from the Liberal Democratic Party Boris Chernyshov.

“I propose to introduce a certain financial scale for teachers: a teacher who at least once was noticed in aggression or in the use of psychological and even more physical violence against a child should not receive the same money as a teacher who invests all his soul. In the case of the first incident, the salary should be reduced by a third, and any repeated case assumes that the salary of such a teacher will be halved, “Chernyshev wrote in his address to the Minister of Education of Russia Olga Vasilyeva.

The deputy believes that this will reduce the “degree of cruelty” in schools, since, according to Chernyshev, “violence against a child in an educational institution has become a big and very serious problem in our society.”

“The cruelty in educational institutions has long crossed all boundaries. And all this begins in many cases from kindergarten, when, taking advantage of almost complete impunity, some educators scoff at young children, and they remember that the one oedipus tragic hero essay who is stronger is right. And at school, many of them are actively trying to take revenge on their offenders in the person of other representatives of the education sector, ”Chernyshev said.

The Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatyana Moskalkova, suggested that women should be counted on raising children as work experience, Interfax reports.

“I advocate that parenting homework should be counted in a woman’s seniority,” said Moskalkova.

According to her, in order to ensure the rights of women in the country, it is also necessary to legalize and give the right to finance crisis centers for women. She clarified that these centers have justified themselves, but now they exist at the expense of volunteers.

“The state should have the right to maintain them, provide them with premises and finance their activities,” Moskalkova said.

She also noted that it is also necessary to give women the opportunity to work from home, if this is related to family circumstances and does not harm work.
